Before starting his sales career Josh produced ground breaking training programs. He was written up in Training Magazine as the producer of the 27 programs which trained the 600,000 workers taking the 1980 National Decennial Census. It was the first time A/V technology had been used on this scale and Training called the project "probably the largest training program ever undertaken by anyone at any time."
